I kicked {BIBI}cyr4n0 for excessive usage of binds. I warned the person 5 times. He asked why and I told him. He then said he had the right to communicate with his teammates. I took 4 screenshots but apparantly they didn't take. A 20 minute timeout was warranted IMO and I was the only MOB on at the time. We ended up losing due to the admin time and he was on my team. Sgt. Moody was spamming right along with him and he stopped shortly thereafter. I warned him as well.
