Banned a Guy name Chese on Barb Options

I've been pretty busy with work, not alot of time to play this week. Yesterday, jump on barb for a couple quick games then this guy comes on wearing MOB tags. I know he's not MOB.. tell him to take off the tags. He say's "I am MOB".... leave the game to check the guid... come back in and he finally changes his name. Then he says he wants to join MOB, we refer him to the mob website and tell him to check the FAQ. He continues to go through all the MOB players asking if he can be in MOB. Then he just continues to spam.... over and over and over. Several warnings later:

This guy just doesn't know when to quit... he has been warned for everything under the sun.. has to add another comment

I decide it's time for a magic trick---Poof he's got a 20 min kick!!!
