Stock maps kick, 2 kicks Options

[Pancakes]

On the Stock server at roughly 2:24 am Eastern time, Cero kicked two players for going out of bounds. A warning was given prior to the kick and enough time was given for them to do what they were supposed to.

Player 1: MeGA50000 Guid: 1a2ad8ec
Player 2: Smiling Skull Guid: eaaf0ddd

This is only a screenshot of Mega because I did not get one of Smiling. Do as you guys see fit, we only kicked the.

I was always told from the beginning,that if they go out of bounds then its a straight BAN...no warnings given

amazingly, this i believe is my first, second, and 3rd, kick. There was another guy, his name i believe was Kat, shifty asked me to kick him. He was being a jerk, and not playing the game. When i went into spec to see what he was doing, he started trying to tk his teammates so i kicked him for 59 minutes i think. I forgot his name and didn't write down any guid but he was a dick.

We've ben playing with Smiling Skull quite a bit lately on stocks. He has never cheated before. I wonder if he saw then followed Mega out of bounds.

When I first started playing MP I also noticed someone going out of bounds, I was tempted but did not follow. I think a warning is accetable for first time offense. A noob thing is different than a flat out cheater thing.

True, I don't believe Smiling Skull is really the culprit here. He simply saw what Mega was doing and wanted to know how, he never got into the sniper spot which allows shooting through the map. However, Mega did it a couple times during the same game so do whatever you guys see fit to him.

I agree,but there is no-way of knowing who is a first timer for this sort of thing,as trying to get out of bounds ,will sometimes take afew trys.........

In my first few months of joining the clan Druid always told me on vent to just BAN them then let them come to the forums to argue the fact..Both myself and Eric ,along with Druid ,went into the map to show Druid where they got out of bounds,and Druid did see if you could block it ,so that they couldn`t do it.But the mapping wouldn`t let you block it off,or something like that,so this will always happen....



If we are to change the ruling..then it needs to be clear and preceise...

I can't remember the guy's name...wasn't kat, but it was something simple like that. Anyway, he was being a dick and needed to be kicked.

BTW: GREAT comeback on that map last night!

Perhaps a console message warning that going out of bounds will result in an immediate kick, followed by a ban for a second offense?

smiling did follow him and was shooting, he didn't have a rifle but was attempting to kill people, i was specing both of them and i believe mega was telling him how to do it so he probably was doing it for the first time but i did warn both of them to get back in bounds or they will be kicked, i waited about 2 min and they still didn't move so i kicked them both for 25 mins. the other guy, fox, was just a dick, he got a 59 min kick.

To be fair we should be consistant. just my 2 cents.

I am not advocating changing any current policies. We should just use common sense when this stuff happens. I am not going to shed any tears for any cheater.

should i have banned them from the server. It was in the heat of the moment cause it was one hell of a battle and i didn't want to waste too much time. Also, i not sure on the command for banning people.
