I was reading the newspaper today and saw something funny.....Toronto Most Sober in Canada.....
Bullcrap, what did they do ask 500 people if they drink or do drugs and base it off of that. I cant see Toronto being the most sober in Canada there is no way in hell.  --------------------  Everything is funny as long as it is happening to somebody else. |

You have to put it in context - all the other cities booze up alot more -or booze is cheaper in them places

Its hard to tell, only way is to ask everyone that lives in the city, not just a hand full of ppl.
