The flatty family went into DC this weekend and we visited teh memorials as always, but it was a particularly beautiful day sunday, and that made things even more majestic. I finally got my rear end to the FDR memorial and the ww2 memorial. Both were awesome. Here are a few pics from the area and one of the quotes enscribed at the ww2 memorial.
   I took about 200 pics. We have been going into DC regularly for about 10 years now, and it remains as awe inspiring as always. If you want to see some more of the memorials let me know. |
