The 7v7 TDM server has really fallen off from use.

I don't think it's the server that does not draw people. I think if we populate a server consistently we will have that server full. If we play on the TDM server it stays full. If we are on HQ it gets full... and so on. Perhaps each night we start on one server and get it kicking and then go to the next one.
