well i read today that sony has bought the rights to the movie "the boondock saints" and ended a legal issue since 2002 and will now make the sequel. most may not be a fan of this movie but i have to say coming from bar conversations it always comes up as a favorite. the first time i saw it i was not impressed but gave it another try and liked it a bit. 3 years later i watched it out of the blue and was wowed at the dialogue. below is one of my favorite parts ,ofcourse this is r rated .

Loved the movie and I have hopes for the sequel, but I'm not expecting much from it. It's hard to do a follow up to a movie so great.

i do agree because william defoe will not be in it.they do however have the same writers and director so who knows.
