Lately I have been getting connection timed out a lot, is there any settings I can tweak in my computer or by typing in run? Or is it a matter of calling up my ISP & telling them they suck? It's not just moh, it's web pages loading slowly as well.

OK back to timing out!!!
under Options/network if you used auto detect settings maybe your packets/sec are to high read bottom of page can go as low as 30 under auto detect mine went to 1015 lowered to 750 and started connecting no prob love-smiley-076.gif
