Is Missionary Really Worth It?, I mean honestly Options

I've been playing in the MOB servers and you know I mean I really like playing because MOB has good players and they're all challenging and a lot of fun but I mean... Missionary has a great moral I mean we all hate cheaters, but with the horrible lag and with people not getting it to run I mean can't MOB just find mods or something that prevent cheating or just something other then that... I'm not trying to cause a fight because I respect MOB but I'm just putting in a simple suggestion. Reply with some backthoughts on this.......

You'll never see me say missionary doesn't have issues. I think most people who use it have wanted to put their fist through their monitor atleast once ( I know I have ). Missionary is a work in progress, without people using it now, improvements would be much slower or never happen at all.
Any current missionary problems are far out-weighted by the cheat free gaming it provides. I'm sure some people disagree with me and thats fine, everyone is welcome to their opinion.
Missionary isn't mandatory most of the time but like the server message says, without it expect people to assume you cheat. As we move forward with missionary it will be mandatory more often. At some point, people will either decide to support it or find another server. I'm sure we will probably lose a few good players who do think it's is to much of a hassle. For those players all I can say is when you do find a new server and someone is blatantly hacking, just remember you made the choice to play were cheating is allowed.

It is my understanding that Wiseguy server doesnt require it at all. But you will see most of the traffic on Goodfellas. Most people are catching on. I run it and it lags at first but after the first map its not noticable. You got to look at it this way. Instead of bitching and crying about someone cheating. You can hold off and see who is running it and make your judgement of them then. I like it. It makes the good players shine. Keeps the admins playing instead of being the server cops.

I personally love Missionary, now I can go on server and only get owned by MOB guys and the regulars not some asshole with hacks and mods comin out his ass! I think we only have to give it some time and input,between Bart and Druid it is getting better--Keep up the good work

For the guys who have been around both pre and post Missionary I'm sure that you will notice a more than 90% drop in cheaters that even try and connect.

It is more than worth it. I was about at the end of my rope, as were a few others, before Missionary came out. Now I can again play the game and enjoy getting my easy kills (Johnzilla and Cold_Bitch).

To sum it up.....without Missionary I would no longer play the game.

I personally am all for missonary, why would u take a hacker over lag? I get lag quite a bit now and yes I appologize for gripin about it in games, but i GUARANTEE you that if a hacker was their instead of Missionary Lag I WOULD GRIPE A LOT!

Personally I appreciate and I know other friends of mine do too, all of the work that bart/druid have put into this awesome program.

SO GIVE EM A BRAKE AND DONT BITCH!
