Yeah so we tried to do the latest update, it said we needed to re-install missonary. DOne that. When we try to connect it says invalid .pk3 files i guess fromw IW and other servers with skins and shit. so i hafta re-install MOHAA

Don't update if you dont need to. Unless MOB instructs you to do so, I wouldnt do it if the program works already.

Who's we? I have never re-installed moh:aa when I have errors, just re-installed Missionary & cleaned out the registery.

Maybe I'm wrong but the only time I've seen the invalid .pk3 message come up it was caused by the correct files not being excluded in the antivirus program.

reinstall of mohaa is at best a last resort.
In missionary you can find diagnostic tools that can help with most or all problems. under ...tools/help... go to tools,here you will find tune-up.....check my mohaa...test files...run test/diagnostic report......and check my configs... For the most part ppl have to clean out there mohaa directory.there are items in there that dont need to be there. ppl need to clean out there mohaa main...if you have pk3's that you haven't used in months or not anymore delete them or at least make a pk3 file and store them there. this will allow missionary to scan less files, hence faster load. -^IW^- DSJONES |
