Now wait a minute, The guy has a point! Maybe she wasn't hurt. Maybe she was just laughing at her humorous tumble. And maybe her laugh has the same sound that a grown man makes upon having his scrotum kicked by a mule. You see Real, even though she appeared to be in excrutiating, agonizing pain that rendered her unable to breath, she may just have a highly unique laugh. It was all a hoax!!
