MOB Druid Options

I hear alot of people in various places, websites, servers, instant messages and the like, bashing MOB (especially Realdeal and Druid) for this entire unfortunate event that has transpired between those who once were MOB members and the current MOB members. I have posted in other threads my disdain for the recent breakup, so I will not beat a dead horse. This post is not about that, but more about reflecting on todays clans and where they would be without Druid.

First off, I hate Druid. He is an arrogant piece of bat guano, but he has been a priceless asset in the Mohaa community for a long time.

Once MOB accused our clan of hacking in an OGL match, primarily because we schooled MOB on Stalingrad and they couldnt handle it. Alot of back and forth bullshit went on, with name calling and the like, but once all the evidence was looked at, Druid was the one that came forward to the rest of his clan, pointed out the err in their ways and convinced them to post their much earned loss. So my respect for him then started.

Even though Druid has an utter disdain for me, he has continuosly helped me with server related issues, stats, anti cheat shit, website issues, anything that I have asked him for, he has helped. And I am not the only one he has done this with.

He has built the custom realism mod that TLD uses and we use a slightly altered version of this. Who knows how many other clans use it as well.

He built the game86.dll that disallowed the spawning of the Sub in Mohaa servers, that eventually crashed them. I dont know how many of you have thanked him for this.

He has admined one of the most popular servers in Mohaa for a very long time, Im sure without alot of thanks.

He was a key figure in the building of one of the better clans Mohaa has seen. In fact they are probably second to only DMG as far as the top of the food chain in this silly ass game.

Then you mother fuckers come out and start saying shit about him, wether it be on servers, im's whatever. Thats the thanks people give to him for all the shit he has done for our game. Let me ask you bitches, what have you done for this game? I know I havent done half as much as he has. So shut your pie holes, and thank the Mohaa Gods for Druid. Those that left him behind, I know the circumstances and I understand them, but you guys left behind a person that we would cherish in our clan and would never leave behind for any reason, even though I despise him.

So thank you Druid for all the shit you have done for this game. I will continue to not like you, as I am sure you will continue to not like me. Dont think this post is going to make us stay up late at night talking about the plight of the endangered sea cucumber or any shit like that. But I do realise the shit you have done for this game.

I will keep this short. {MOB} would be nothing without Druid and the MOHAA community as a whole would be seriously lacking without Druid. From his awesome realism mod, to his server admining to the hack-proofing mods, etc. etc. etc. etc. I have even nick named him THE DOCTOR.

But more importantly to me, Druid is a stand up respectful, generous and kind friend. I know him for almost 2 years now and although he and I don't always see "eye to eye", he will always show me "the way".
For this, I am grateful and would do anything for him. We have developed a friendship that will hopefully last a lifetime and that is more important than any game.

I didn't want to reply to this right away because I couldn't figure out if this was a compliment or an insult...

Many of you don't know that Druid left MOB for a very short time, not because of any issues with the group, but rather because of a new job he took. In that time the clan had issues that we never had to deal with before he left and personally it was very straining for me.

Druid has the rarest of qualities, where he is brilliant at what he does and patient with all that have no clue. He can answer the same question a thousand different times without even a hint of sarcasm. That alone amazes me.

I personally haven't seen or heard about any credible player slamming Druid or anything he does and to be honest, I would lose all respect for anybody that did. Beyond what you pointed out Ashe, he has probably done a hundred other things that people have no clue that he was involved in.

The game is what it is because of people like Druid, Bart, Buzz Litebeer, etc.

Without getting into the break-up and picking sides with people i love to play with and learned from. I gotta say Druid has got to be the coolest person ive come across to help total strangers with getting our server together and helping us Mac fags to figure out missinary and honesty.

The amount of work that goes into this game is crazy even for a basic start up server i can only imagine {MOB} and also building mods ect........

Druid thanks so much for everything,, i hope one day I (we) can repay all your help!!!!!!
