This may be a mute point or obersavation.. but its frustrating when I have time away from the wife, and I have a couple of hours to kill... I tried to log onto your server... 'Server Full' Doh! I usually try to go the West Coast Server, there's only several players... I tried to find another server to kill time until I can get on MOB. Would it be possible to increase the number of players on your Server 1 to maybe 30 so players... or maybe creating your practice server into another game server??
This is the only server I really enjoy b/c of the players and etiqutte(??) and the mod. --BrownBuddha 'Enlightenedly Chubby!!' |

this could be a good idea but i dont have any power on that i play obj map on bah server where i have a lot of fun with around 40 peoples i think its more funny to play with a lot of people but this is more problems...

In my opinion the stock maps will only hold about 20 players.
Anymore than that any your always right on top of each other. But if BrownBudda would like to put up the extra $125/month to change the server from 20 to 30 players, we can work something out.  -------------------- Not a word was spoken to contradict or disagree with S@bot when he called me a....

Well BrownBuddha We have 4 servers. Server #3 which is our
practice server will be running CKR mod only on our practice days which is Tuesdays and Fridays at 10 PM till 12 AM... Other than that time period you are welcomed at server #3 which is a 16 man server and soon will be a 18 man server...I am also thinking of running Every Monday's a FreeForAll and calling it Monday Mayhem. Prjoxt, I have been meaning to ask you..... I beleive that the practice server is listed as "Practice Server" on GameSpy. Maybe just take out the practice server and change it to MOB Server 3.... this would probably help fill it up. Most people probably don't even attempt to go into that server because it's labelled practice server. Just a thought.... -------------------- |

I'm totally naive when it comes to the logistics of running a server...
 I suppose my thinking was you(MOB) limited to 20 players to reduce the havoc, and the knuckleheads that block the doors'! I experienced several servers with 40/60 players, talk about a cluster f**k. I played on Bah Server, liked it.. its always lagging when I jump on it. I didn't think I was being original about adding more players.. thought maybe other players outside your clan may have asked or approached you guys to add more players.. but the amount of time and money and hours spent in maintaining a server... but 4. Had no idea, just took for granted that they'll be a server to jump on when I was in the mood to play. I guess I'll wait until someone gets tired of getting their ass handed to them and disconnects... with good timing... boooyah!! --BrownBuddha 'Seeking nirvana through obsession' |
