My ping has been high for the last couple of days so after getting booted for the second time tonight I immediately did a speed test at Speakeasy and showed around 1100 kbps when it is normally pushing upwards of 26-3000 kbps. Thats when I got on chat with tech support. After him pinging my modem and me telling him my brand of computer (?) and OS and running my antivirus and spyware program he tells me the problem lies within my puter. I thanked him for his time and went to Trend Micro and did another virus scan from their website. They have caught viruses on mine and other pc's in the past that Norton missed. No viruses detected. Now I'm pistoff and was going to shut her down for the night when I decided to check my mail and saw from a buddy of mine saying his ping rate sucked for the past two days and he's with the same ISP. Now I'm pist off bad because this punkass told me my problem is in my pc! Well now if my shit aint runnin' fast tomorrow, somebodys getting a phone call. Been thinking of Dish Network for my tv and looking in to DSL instead of cable. I'm done ranting. If you read this far, thank you for your time. PISTOFFBAD

My pings have also been really high lately. Usually they are around 30 to 50 with Goodfellas, but lately they have been 80 to 150. I did speed tests with DSL reports with no drop in speed. I have not been able to track down the problem, but I did consider asking Druid or Realdeal if they had changed service providers or made other changes.

You may try Dr. Ping from DSL reports to try and isolate the problem. Right now, the only MOHAA server that shows high pings for me is Goodfellas. Hope you can sort it out.

Ping has been steady for the last 2 or 3 days so I guess they got it together finally.

Flame, I know what your talking about. I'm not sure what causes mine but it is something that might happen one night or one game and not the next. I run a program before I start the game that goes thru and closes all my applications that are allowed and I even run Adaware frequently and it might still lag or "hang". I'm sure my cheap video card may have some to do with it, and that's another post I may make later.
