Our New Server is HERE!!!!!!!!

Okay boys and girls, we at {MOB} have just invested in a NEW dedicated server!

The new server is STATE OF THE ART, running DUAL 3.06 Xeon Processors!

Additionally, we have moved the server location from Dallas to Chicago.

The new servers and ip’s are as follows:

MOB GoodFellas 8.9.4.75 – Running Druid’s Equal Weapons Mod – Missionary Preferred. Missionary will be running on this server for the next few days.

MOB GoodFellas II 8.9.4.76– 35-Man server running Druid’s Equal Weapons Mod – No Missionary (Some of you have asked for a Non-Missionary alternative, so here it is. Don’t complain about the hackers!!! )

MOB Remagen 24/7 - 8.9.4.77 – 25-Man Server – Running Remagen 24/7. This is some crazy idea we came up with. I am curious to see how many players use it.

MOB COD BASE ASSAULT - 8.9.4.78 – 32-Man Base Assault server running STOCK maps plus two great custom maps- TOWN ASSAULT and GUN ASSAULT.

We are ALWAYS open to any and all suggestions you have for our servers. If you’d like to see a Mod or Custom Map on our servers, DON'T BE SHY! LET US KNOW!

As you can imagine, a power house of a server like this one costs lots of $$$. This server is costing us $375 per month. This is about $200 more per month than our prior server. Plus there are website fees, program fees/licenses, etc. As always, we GREATLY appreciate your contributions to help us keep the servers and website going.
Some of you have been really generous in the past for that we are VERY thankful.
We ask all of you that enjoy playing on our servers to please donate what you can to help us out. You can donate by clicking on the MAKE A DONATION button which is located on the main page of the website. If you can't use PayPal, let me know and we can make other arrangements.


Stats for all servers will be up and running very soon. The stats take a bit of work to get running. All stats will be reset once they are up and running.

If you have any problems or issues with any of our servers, make a forum post and let us know about it. With all of the configurations involved, there's bound to be some errors.

We hope you enjoy the new servers and thank you all for making our servers some of the most popular servers around!!


PS- Until around the end of April, the old GoodFellas server will forward players to the new GoodFellas server.

My first visit showed a ping of 50/53. It used to be 25, but I live in Dallas County. When I entered the new server by typing the IP in MOHAA, I went to SF and no one was there, which was great because I was only visiting for a test. When I entered through Miss., I saw that seven players were in the game. I guess the Dallas server is still operational?

Will the Miss. IP settings be changed by an update?

chicago would have to be the greatest place to put servers. Its the closest place near me that actually rents out and stuff like is a huge place. only 6 hours away

Report on the Chicago Server:

Friday night is my favorite playing night. Several glasses of wine really add that special "feeling" I get when the fighting gets started. Anyway, last night I had trouble getting into the game as Mona Lisa with Missionary. I kept getting kicked for "Invalid Server ID." I noticed that the same thing was happening to other players. The wine was flowing, and I wanted to fight, so I sarted playing as my non-Missionary fighter: Bowen. Real Deal already knows about this so don't go crazy on me. Yea, it's very much like the Cypher/Skiba (did I spell that right?) controversy, but I'm nowhere as good as Cypher. Anyway, I sent RD an e-mail about the problem, and I played all night as Bowen. True confessions, ok.

The competion was excellent. Cypher was there too. It went pretty well. I thought several players were hard to kill. Could that be a gravity setting? I'm comparing this to the Dallas server. My aim is pretty good, so when I empty a clip into someone and they still rush up and kill me then I wonder; on the Dallas server I get many kills with only a few rounds: I don't have to empty the entire clip. Just wondering!

I wish the stats for last night included the Chicago server because I had a good fight with Casino. I also caught several fighters (five I think) with a nade in SF. I tried to get the screenshot but it didn't work for some reason. In Stalingrad, I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw Slim fighting with only a pistol. That's gutsy, and he was killing fighters all over the place. Anyway, everyone was gone by about 1:30 am. I wanted to go to the West Coast server, but to my surprise, I found the Dallas server filled with players. Since I had a pretty good night as Bowen on the Chicago server--I thought perhaps the stats would be combined--I fought as Bowen there too. This was good for comparing the "kill" issue that I mentioned above. I don't know if it was just me or if a setting is different, but I could tell a difference. I never had that happen on the Dallas server. I bring it up for RD's information only.

So was last night the end of the Dallas Server?

Druid's Realism Weapons MOD is the same as it was on our old servers, no changes there.

As for the "Invalid Server ID" error, I am told by Bart that this error has to do with people's AntiVirus software, please make sure you see THIS POST for how and what to exclude from your antivirus programs.
