is there a way to keep people in server from landsharking and going
under maps

yes there is a way to keep people from land sharking in servers!!!
and going under the level!!
for the land sharking thing you should put something in front of every ladder(but you could still be able to climb up the ladder)because you land shark by doing something with the ladder. I think MOB should do this because im tired of land sharkers!!!!

for going under the level you should do what every one else is doing and putting things like tanks and planes bloking the way under!!!!
Or if your admin Just spec and kick!!lol(OBIOUSLY)

yeah i do spec if someone tells me they think someone is under map or sharking. but im not on all the time to key an eye on that

I sugest that you try and learn how to alter maps and fix the whole ladder thing!!!

I'm not sure if it's in their download section of not.
If it's not, just register on their forum and ask BlackBart to email it to you.
He went through the maps and placed crates behind all the ladders.
The only reason I don't use his mod here is because I would have to remove everytime we play an OGL match.

Actually the original Dogmeat map fix with the plane in Destroyed village is still considered non-stock for OGL matches.
They are looking at making some needed changes for cheat detection.
TWL is closing it's MOHAA ladders due to cheating, so OGL is trying to decide what to do.

Cheating wouldn't be near as bad if the ladders would get off their ass an due something.
There are several things that could be done.
1) A program like CI or Delator set to take 2 random screenshots from everyone playing during a match. The big concern with this is, it can cause a player to lag momentarily. This problem could easily be solved by everyone taking a screenshot prior to the match starting. Then the 2 screenshots during the match wouldn't cause player lag. Every single cheat has a visible aspect which would show up in a screenshot.

2) There is server/client software out which would work the same as sv_pure. It completely block any changes to the game. This program isn't practical for everyday play, but could be used for ladder matches.
