Server Restarts ?? Options

Hey guys,

Good servers to start off, but one question, why have you got so many restarts or shut downs ?? Plus always in a morning.

Wouldnt it be better to have them at night ??

There are two issues I think you may be addressing...

1. If you play on Barbarossa alot you will notice restarts once in a while. This is a problem with the map, not the server. The map designers are aware of the problem but are unable to correct it, so we have to live with it

2. Our server is set to update the stats beginning at 6:00am EST. During the stat update, the server loads a new map which on Barbarossa will appear to look like a server restart because there's only one map on that server. The console should indicate that the stats are being updated and that this is the reason for the restart, sometimes I would imagine the console message doesn't get displayed.
