Shifty
For those of you who didn't know, I've been living in Canada for the past 2 1/2 years or so as a temporary resident.

We went to Calgary to visit the immigration people today and I'm now officially a permanent Canadian resident!
That means I'm finally able to get a job! (That crapola one I've been doing was a bit on the shady side and if immigration had found out I'da been booted out!)

Happy happy joy joy and many beer.gif for me tonight biggrin.gif

Real ... actually Canada had been ranked as one of the best Countries to live in for years, and has been for some time thru several poles most notible below (United Nations Human Dev Index and a survey of est 175 countries). When I heard of that link you posted It didn't sound right at all. This pole would be more accurate.

The US is ranked 3rd here at the moment. Both of our countries have always been up there, and afterall where do the immigrants flock to? Hell.. not Ireland, and that pole Quality of life is a magazine pole. Hell the Irish are still immigrating here as with my forfathers.

Hope your all enjoying the old MOHAA still.

P.S. Shifty... hush fellow... I work in conjunction with Canada Customs. Glad to hear you got in before the borders tighten up. You will like it here. Not many realize how large Canada is and that it only contains a population of over 30 million, while New York itself contains over 20 million alone.

Awww, Real ol buddy smile.gif I put a reply for you at tld site because it would be off topic here. Now, anyone who has casually slurred Canada should go and read it, because we are a good part of Americas backbone, being the number one trading partner and supporter of the United States in in providing a weath of natural resouses. Where does the US obtain its vast wealth and technology? Well it is not American bread... or even toast for that matter but based on import. tongue.gif Come and learn a little more about your partner from the same land mass, and your loyal partner England.

The post obtains no argumentive nature, just some unknown facts to most Americans.

That's great Kirby, I will check it out when I get some time. tongue.gif

As for my posts "slurring" Canada... they were a joke, get over it. Canada is awesome! Montreal has the best strip clubs I've ever been to.

Lighten up man... maybe some of this WANK.gif would help.
Wm.G.Kirby
hahaha, Dr.Real if it helps you, tell you what I will give it a try.

I realize it is lighhearted to throw the insults, but it seems to be commonplace on forums to just slightly pass on the insults over and over again, and some are genuine, some jokingly... It's not only you, but it was time to remind the ones that do it once in awhile who is supplying you guys with the goods to make your toys.
And for the jokers hell a little education never hurts either.

P.S. But if you prefer to wack the tack, hey go to town. wink.gif Ya we corner the market on those strip bars, a lot of the fluff is imported.

Have a good weekend.

huh dont suprise me why would americans tear up the american soil when they can get a better value buying it from canada where its "cheaper" for mfg, taxes and union pay scales. dont suprise me at all and americans are not threatened by the canadian work force, since most americans consider canada americas most trusted ally. thank god for canada!
Dreamcatcher
Congrats shift, at least now you can stop selling drugs and get a real job like the rest of us tongue.gif LOL j/k man. You're a citizen now, did they inform you that you have to say "eh" after every sentence and humor the americans telling them its sub-zero temperatures as soon as they cross the border? LOL One day I'll have to make it over to AB and buy you a congratulatory Kokanee tongue.gif
