Half my clan got banned from your server, believe me none of us use hax (cept for brittle). We were not hacking just strait up owning, but rawk was layin the smack down. Our clan is section 8 and our tag is §8|. 8.9.4.75:28960 thats the server we got banned from.

Inside joke, and no, no one hax. It was about noonish central time, I sent you the IP. I think lead magnet was in there, and some guy started screaming "HAX OMFG LIKE NOOBS", and eventualy we got banned. We did not get kicked we got perm banned.

The reason why is,
1) I'm not impresseed when a clan goes into an public server, stacks the teams then brag about how they own. People play on our servers to have fun, if you need to go brag about raping a server, feel free to do it on your own.
2) I spent 15 minutes specing the S8 players, I found two of them very questionable.

Once there is a working AC for the game I will delete the current ban file, at that time you will be more than welcome to come back with the understanding I expect you not to stack teams.

When you are trying to get unbanned, it's not smart to mention an inside joke about hacking, escpecially when noone here knows about the joke.

FIRST off, there was NO i repeat NO!!! warning of clan stacking, in fact the only warning that the entire clan saw, was one from LEadStoppEr, he said "STOP WITH THE BINDS" and so i told the clan to knock it off, and they did. Out of the 26 team's that go by S8 on TWL. I dont find your's. 3 of them play BF2 & 1 plays AA. The remaining 22 teams going by S8 are not competing. A good way to stay banned from the server is to continue being the ass's that your all making yourselfs out to be. But honestly it's lame that we get kicked and banned simply because we pwnd the noobsters in the server. We had a few friends on the other sides that were giving shit to and that was that. If this offened the Admin, so what. It's kewl that you want to run a clean pub server. We do the same. There are a lot of real hackers out there but that does NOT include §8. Huh, another group of new punks on the block. MOB's been around a looong time boys. We are a well respected clan in the FPS community. I'm willing to bet that Druid has done more for the gaming world than any of you little punks ever have. Don't come spewing crap on our forums. If you had a legitimate gripe, you should have brought it up in a mature manner. Your actions on our forums speak volumes about your clan.

Well, a quick peek at their forums makes it clear that none of these guys is out of high school yet. They'll learn, just give them some time.

I'd really like to know who you found questionable Druid. Because saying "questionable" without pointing out anything, is just plain stupid. What did it look like we were doing?

And you know, there is a form of AC out. It's called PAM. Granted, it doesn't stop everything, but, it stops a lot of things such as Ambient Light tweaks and other such exploits. We enforce it on our server, to be sure that nothing it going on.

As for us being a new clan:

1. If you guys have been together for so long, why not play us in a friendly scrim? Surely our week old clan couldn't stand a chance against someone with your experience.

2. We were part of another clan, prior to this, and broke off because of little shits like yourselves that kick players with no certain reason. You only speculate.

And to clear up why we posted in the first place. There was no warning given prior to being kicked about 5 of our members being on the same team. We were just trying to have some fun and were chatting on TS while PUB-ing. And got kicked for it.

We came to inform you that we thought the way it was handled in-game, by whomever had rcon, was childish and disrespectful. Frankly, it was only you Druid, and Art Vandelay, that accused us of hacking. When I publically asked the rest of the server, no one else thought that we were.

And honestly, I don't know have the slightest clue why anyone tries to make matters personal or takes them personal, over the internet. The whole "go download some anime porn" or whatever and "I'm sure you get all the girls telling them you're awesome at video games" makes you sound like you're still in grade school. Which if you are, maybe you really shouldn't have control of a server open to the public. Stay in the playground where your parents can still watch you.

This matter started as a result of your members actions on your server, and that's why we brought it to your attention in the first place. I'm not pleased with my own clans actions on these forums, and for them, I apologize, but I see no different behavior from some members on your end.

Keep us banned, unban us. We don't really care what happens now about it. But the fact is, you acted on a wrongful accusation, which is truly a sign of immaturity on your part. If you have no valid evidence, and can only speculate, why bother making an ass out of yourself by permanently banning us from your server?

If you want to play us, hit Bash up on Xfire. We'll play you, with as much AC (PAM 2.0 beta) on as possible.

We play mainly S&D, but we're looking to get into the TDM ladders when they open up.

You might not have read my entire post, seeing that I apologized for my clans actions and was very dissapointed in the way that they handled it as well. So again, I apologize for them. I just would like to know what we did to make you think that we were hacking.

Again, I can assure you that we don't cheat or use exploits, but we find it quite funny to poke fun at those who think we do. By saying things like "OMG HAX!!!11!!" or "Another server owned" because people can't take losing maturely. Or doing things such as typing "enable hack.exe" in the public chat. Because people freak out over it.

As for being on the only ladder that doesn't use AC.. since there is no AC system, besides the little bit that PAM does, how would we be on any ladders that would use AC? Seems like a beat-around-the-bush statement to me. If there is no AC (as you stated).. how can any of the ladders we're on.. use it..?

As RAWK stated, I too apologize for my teams posts and actions. However, this does not mean that I am pleased with the abuse of your admin. There was no warning of team stacking and we were NEVER asked to stop. We were only accused of cheating by players because we pwnd them. As RAWK again asks, what players were "questionable" and what made it questionable? I recall my scores were all over 100+ kills. BUT I was also killed 25-35 times each map as well. I use light weapons for mobility in PUB servers. I get behind enemy lines and flank. That's what I do. So if I was one of the "questionable", then please tell me exactly what you saw cuz I can assure you I never have or never will use haxorz of anykind. Don't need to, dont want to.



As far as our record and history goes, you won't find any. We just recently formed as a clan. Most of us broke from another clan, while others came from various CAL teams looking for a change. If you guys are up for it, we'd sure love to scrim you. If you think for one moment there is a server or match style that uses AC's, then we'll scrim there if that will make you feel better.
