I've just tried to log on your server (MOB Base Assault Stock Maps) and got the following message:

You are BANNED from this server by server admin.

Could you please inquire into the reason for the ban? I never use any foul language, so I don't understand why I've been banned

Please let me know what information you need to track this issue.

I'm not the head honcho in these things, but you might help yourself in this case by letting the admins know the precise last times/dates you were playing in the server so that they can check things out with some clarity.

Please PM me the last 8 digits of your GUID. To get your GUID:


Open game and in console (use ~ to get to the console) type /pb_myguid. Take note of the last 8 digits of your PBGUID.

This must be done online with a PunkBuster enabled server.

PM me that and I'll take a look.

Last 10 of the guid matching his IP "c871911474"
It's strange though, it's not in the ban list.
Maybe this guid is from someone else on a shared connection.

Any chance to look up at what time the violation happened so I can investigate a bit?

Doh. Is is possible to determine when the violation took place? If it happened during night (in Germany), I have a hunch...

I'm currently on nightshift. I'll question my kids. Especially my oldest O_o. Thank God my WoW account is pw protected....they'd be capable of selling my gold on ebay.

Strange thing is, the 2nd PC is banned. Any other violation during this ban?

Me again. Questioned my kids, they wouldn't tell me shit



Checked the system (good thing antivir always causes an error on startup). PC was being used at that time.

All I could do was to make sure they won't be using it again when my wife or me aren't at home, so it won't happen again. Unfortunately, I can't undo what happened, so it's up to you how things will be going on. All I can do is assure it won't be happening again.

Had to pw protect bios, pw protection of win xp doesnt make sense due to the fact that they know how to use ERD-Commander
