He got knocked the PHUCK OUT!!1!!! Reminds me of a few hits Konstintonov used to throw on people like Roenick (that wuz kewl)

I've been on both sides of hits like that... it doesn't hurt right away, it's the next day when you feel it. My head would be throbbing. Broke a few ribs actually laying a hit on a guy one time. My teammate and I decided we'd give him a "high-low". I went high and took a huge amount of force into my ribs... wasn't fun.

Woot, Darcy Tucker can lay on some hits. Poor Kapanen, couldn't get back to the bench, lol. Did you see Roenick's goal? Sweetness, it bounced the water bottle.
Well i'll tell you since the day the Nordiques left Quebec city for the state i stop watching hockey!! Hopefully we'll gat another team soon!!
It sucks they left, especially since they had such a great team when they left. If your city can't support a team though... then they deserve to leave to a city that will appreciate them more. I hope Quebec can get another team and maybe they'll start attending games next time around.

Scary stuff... but nothing near soccer injuries.. actualy saw people with their whole face bleeding, a leg that was shot out of place. A goaly hitting the post with a dive. breaking 5 ribs and suffering from amnesia. Not to mention the guys that get kicked/shot in the balls, A shot can go as fast as 110miles a hour...
I agree, I've been hurt more in soccer and rugby than in hockey and football. Must be all the pads.

Well Pez the problem was with city official that would'nt build another bigger arena,The colisé of quebec where the Nordiques were playing was always full!! That's why Marcel Aubut had to sell the team, it was'nt cause of the people supporting their team it was a question of old fart at the head of the city that prefered to invest in a Freakin Museum than in a Hockey team!!

Sounds like he had his priority's FUBAR....
That sucks. I hope he's been moved out of office by this point. I could see a few teams moving in the near future or possibly the NHL adding two more expansion teams. I'd like to see them go to Winnipeg and Quebec. Both those teams had very good young talent when they were moved.
