Come on fellas I will respond to comments so post away. I'ts your server too so tell me what maps you want!!
Monev_the_Gale
Well, there's quite a lot of maps I do like, and a few I don't. I'm partial to open, battlefield type maps, and I hate close-quartered, claustrophobic type maps.

I like types like Abbey(1 of the best), AngryFields, OMG, Tunisian, Frag-N-Rock, Renan, etc. You know, the ones that make you feel like you're stormin' the gates in WW2.

Types I hate are ones like Tirtagen, Bazaar, Untersiete, Titleist, Rush Party, etc. Too claustrophobic for me, and doesn't give me the feel of being there like the others do.

What would really be kewl would be an Omaha Beach TDM. Plus there seem to be some maps I've seen that come and go without much play, not to mention SH maps like Malta and Druckkamern. Are these laggy, or not TDM?

But I'm a sucka for any new map. Keeps the game fresh, tho the oldies from MOHAA are good to add in once in a while. Get to missin' those.

Curious, and this is just askin', but would it be possible to like list maps and have a forum vote on rotations? Like every few weeks, FK make a post listing maps, and peeps vote on new rotation in a poll? Then again, that might be a bad idea causing too much extra work for FK, and too much fuss. Too much typin' will give him carpel tunnel prob.

I agree with Monev....That would be cool if it's not too much work for ya FK.....Oh ya....Bring back Buzzbomb Raiders!

it would be nice if we could get a list of all the maps that you want us to chose from there are alot of maps I like 99% of them but there are a few I dont like off hand I can only think of one VS US I realy dont like that one I cant remeber all the names of them so if you could make a list if its not to much trouble
Monev_the_Gale
O forgot to add, that when I played on your MOHAA server as Feyd before it became SH, you had a lot of kewl maps there, like Hitler's Farm, Desert Base, and right before the change, Return to Castle Wolfenstein Beach map.

Those were the shiz-diz to the izzle my fizzle-dizzle.

I like the Destroyed Village map myself. Plenty of places to hide as well as some open ground with long rang firing for all you snipers out there. And I feel like the other fellas, I hate close quarters maps, too dificult to manuver and it turns into a 'breach' fight instead of an open fight. Something with trenches, bunkers, wire entanglements with artillery flying over once inawhile to blow us to pieces and a few fixed MG implacements to cover some ground. Forget the houses, barns, etc. It would be nice to have a real combat arena. Attack (or defend) a fortified position.
What do you guys think?

My favorite S.H. map is one that is not and has not been in rotation forever....I think it's one of the very best maps made for SH....MALTA. But let me add, MOB's map research and their map rotation is by far the very best on the net....

Hey Fk,

Favourite Maps:

Eder Dam - lots of fun, lots of different elements to play with
The Canal - beautiful map, very realistic
Duenkirchen
Normandy Bridge V1
Bloody Snow
Small town - foggy, urban, a lot of diff elements
Blitzschnee - pretty map
the last stand
eye of the needle
Dove 2

Well there's a few of the exceptional ones I've played. Some might be Obj maps though, don't remember. There is a great website by the Mohaa Crew, a map library, with screenshots, frame rates, and reviews of many many many maps at the following address:
http://www.mohaacrew.com/themaps.html

Check it out, might be good for some ideas.

Keep up the good work, I know I'm always looking forward to your new map packs.

Hey Chap, those are some amazing maps in there. But are they MOHAA or SH, or does it matter?

The Canal and Omaha 2 maps gave me wood just lookin' at them.

I havent played HALF the maps u fellas are talking about but by the pics i saw from above i sure would like to.

I know its not very realistic but that soccer stadium look fun

I feel that larger maps with the option to storm indoors or through tunnels and also having the option for long range open combat are the best.

Bazaar and Undersomethin I absolutely hate and get so sick of, no where to use tactics.....just a frag fest of flyin' granades.

Omaha beach and destroyed village are examples of nice large map with lots of potential once FK gets his hands on them.

Op Center is one of the few all indoor maps that I really enjoy since it is so large you can cruise around and have lots of fun!

Here is a link I think some of you should check out to get to know the maps if you're a bit unfamiliar.

I like to play most maps once I learn them. Some times it depends who your playing with.when your playing with good players who help each other know how to cover your back. Then there are the times when three quarters of your team has sniper rifles.they run all over the place. Then you could be in for a long day.Since I haven't been on for awhile and haven't seen all the maps yet a map I always liked was market garden.

I know I'll catch hell for this, but...

my favorite map of all time was:

Snowy Park!

After that I would have to say Destroyed Village, Buzzbomb Raiders, The Canal, Fort Wreck, Tirtagine Kechtat, Tunisian Village, Thunder II, Gefangenlager, Winterschlaf.

I also like some of the objective maps, like the one that had the capturable artillery, the gate the allies had to open, and the German bunker...can't remember the name, was a winter map...perhaps it was Bastonge.

My least favorte are the small and crowded maps...and the user made ones with bad textures or lighting.
