there was a download a while back for duel processors. does anyone no where i can find that file ?any info?

The patch was directed more for INTEL Dual CPU's and Intel chips supporting HT.

This is an optional update for users of Intel Dual-Core processors and is not recommended for use with other processor types.

There where several people who installed this update who were running AMDx2.
So far their experience has been either no change or having to reinstall COD2

For those who are running a Intel based Dual Core, or a Intel chip supporting Hyper-Threading ( P4 ).

There has been a few people with dual core AMD systems having problems with health regen.

thanks very much! i have a friend whos been trying to play but being he built his own computer he is having alot of problems with lag.i directed him to real deals post on updates (wich helped me bigtime) but nothing seems to work.hes reading you post but i think he had a problem when installing hiis hard drive so he may have some work ahead of him.
