I was wondering if anybody would want to run a roger wilco type program for server 2 ??

does this need to be on the server end or cleint end ??

I think it would add alot fun to the game amok and I use the phone right now but that is killing my neck I would rather use my headset microphone I dont know tell me what you think

Yeah, if anyone had a server that could handle it, I think a posted RW channel for each side would be fun on occasion.

ya it would be expensive AMOK lives in toronto and live in ottawa (for the next few months then I am going to toronto too) about 600 km away but labatt blue (beer or you non north american crowd) has this party line thing you have to listen to this bullshit commercial but after that you get unlimted long distence in ontario

Believe me when I tell you that RW or voice-chat for a fun-game server would be a colossal waste of time.

First, the added extra open program might help to lag you, and 2nd, especially in TDM fun-games, you'd hardly ever use it, and it wouldn't do you much good. Game moves too fast for RW to be effective. Plus, the team chatter gets real annoying with a bunch of peeps on there.

Unless you got a buddy that you just like chattin' with while you play, you're better off not cloggin' up your headphones with the extra noise, or usin' up your comp's extra resources.

RW or voice chat is great and useful in ladder matches tho, as I'm sure some peeps can tell yas.

Gotta agree with Monev on this one. So much bother, so little pay-off. I've used other servers with temaspeak and the like, and it's hurt the overall game.
