Hi all, many of you know me as "Crazy Legs" as I play on the stock map server most, if not all the time. I haven't been able to play as much lately as I would like but fear not (or maybe fear more) I'll slowly be increasing my time on the server. I know that a player with a similar name, Crazy Canuck, has just made the REGS (Congrats!!!!) and I have played with him a few times on Team Speex. In an effort to separate myself, and make it easier to communicate on Team Speex, I am changing my name to simply "F8" (pronounced "fate") as many a wayward soldiers will find out, It was F8 that killed them!!!!!

With that announcement made I need help. I would like ot replace my login name on the forums with my new name and for the life of me I can't seem to find a way to do that. Somebody, please help out a good soldier whose just looking to make a distinct name for himself!!!!

But why not just create a new account with your new name???

i hate to see you change your name on my account, and i think theres an easy way around it. we both have a name after crazy . i'm sure people will get used to calling me canuck and u legs (hmm sounds kinda funny doesn't it). ok so i guess i like "F8" better than "legs", sorry for the inconvenience and gl with your new name.

I've made a point of calling Crazy Canuck, "Canuck" as Crazy Legs is my nephew and I'm used to barking "Crazy, cover my ass!" It does seem like F8 is quick and easy and I like how it sounds. So, now CC can go back to being simply "Crazy" and Cpt. Canuck can be "Canuck" and the world will be less confusing!

I'm more confused now than before. I say keep your name. We can always call you "Legs". And by all means do not start a thread asking what you should change your name to (is that what this is?) because I can tell you with first hand experience it doesn't end well...

Yikes! Thanks everyone for the feedback. I appreciate the sentiments by all! As I have already started down this path there's no going back. H8Red, I think things will be fine with our names, they are close but distinguishable.
