8. Any comments Yes sir! We are a Tactical Realism (TR) clan that plays primarily Search & Destroy. However, many of us still have a strong love affair with UO and one of our members (Brass_Monkey) found your server and shared it around with us so for the last week or so, each night 5-12 or so of us would show up on your Barabrosa server and just have a ball. For the past 2-3 nights we have enjoyed your Tuchola Forest server. So what I propose is that we play on your server, map would be Tuchola Forest (one of the SWEETEST many of us have seen in a long long while). Each clan plays Allied and then Axis (or vice-versa). Now, as we do NOT play Base Assault as a clan and you guys made the map, we will need a little time to develop a strategy and then train up some troops. This is the reason we are asking for a time sometime in a week or a bit more.

I am sure you heard that we had some words (not real tough ones, more of a discussion) with one of your guys last night concerning playing all together. I apologoze if it caused any ill-will --- we just love to play together and we usually do. Regardless of that, we would love to face off against you guys. I have always enjoyed my time in your server and we would love to meet you in the forest. Bigger is always better with us. We have done some scrims with as many as 32v32 so we enjoy moving and strategizing as larger units of force.

I will try to get back to post a number that I think we can achieve. What will the maximum your server will allow (whichever server we will be using)? If I aim for 16 for our side will we be able to handle that? I will try to post a final number for the BHC side in the next 3-4 days (as final a number as is possible anyway).

16vs16 will be fine if both sides can get that many.
Depending on the load on the other servers, we might just lock down the public server for the match.
Either way it's covered.

9 pm...no way dude? Saturday night? you must be crazy, jesus.... I can do 7 at the LATEST.

we really need it to be way earlier, because 1/2 of us and our team is going to be in Europe. and 9PM is WAY too late for a 6 + hour difference. i think we all agree on a 4 or 5 PM match. or even 5:30-6. but 9 won't work for me, and a lot of other guys i know.

Would have been easier to know that from the beginning, but 4-6 PM will be better certainly for a few of our Euros but it sucks for our North Americans. Many of us BHCers have families and kids and Saturday afternoons in springtime are perhaps the suckiest time all year to try and "play" our little game. I will try if that's what you want me to do though.

I will keep you informed of how that time works.

maybe a 50-50, by going 5 PM. not 4 not 6. or 5:30. we can tell everyone to start getting on the server at 5:15. this would be eastern right? so for me in illinois it'd be 4:15 to get in the server?? just want to be sure.

Im in Uk ,and as its for Saturday then the 9pm EST time wouldn`t bother me ,eventhough thats 2am GMT ,but if its a Sunday then 5-6pm EST would be better.

Okay, it looks like 5:30 will work okay for us. I have 12 guys in the YES column, 3 more MAYBEs, and 3-4 recruits that are hoping like the dickens that our regular members don't show up so they can play too.

from what i know right now.....as i've pretty much gotten our team in-tact. i'm not sure we'll have 15 or 16. but i can't say that for sure until saturday since our guys don't like posting too much on whether they're playing

A great big thanks to {MOB} for the great scrim. We had a blast. We'll have to do it again sometime after we have more time in on your map. You taking our bases out (when we were Russian) was a great help to you guys. We'll have to figure out how exactly to do that (although I was able to take down R2 from a Pzr4 at G2 in the second round) and go at it again. I am pretty pleased that we played to a virtual draw (although we lost two bases total to your zero) with you guys. My goal quite honestly was to have you guys say, "These guys don't suck" when we were through. Hope we achieved that much. LOL

It was well played and we all enjoyed it a lot. I'm gonna try to get our guys (we are about 45-50 strong, soon to be more with schools getting out) playing more Base Assault. Then we can actually learn to play it strategically. Great job.
