btw, you can create your own logo, and apply it to a printable iron on thingy.
i made a bunch for the soccer season, and they look awesome. ac moore has the supplies....
i am cheap.

25 bucks for a screen from graphix fx in buffalo, ny and tee shirts... 5-13 bucks depending on size off the top of my head.

CafePress shirts are $13-15, depending on the style. I believe they are all Hanes tagless shirts. I have customized shirts, mugs, stickers, posters, etc. through them and haven't had any problems.
