Lets see..Oh Yea...I"m 44.I have a long time girlfriend.Live in the striped bass capital of the world Long Island,N.Y.Presently on a quest to catch and release that all elusive 50 lbs striper.I work in the plant of operations dept.of a non-proft school for the deaf/ blind.Bomber and Rangers,Fan.

striped bass huh? you should try the potomac river here in MD.... monsters.

i remember fishing the route 50 bridge in o.c. and caught a 38 inche strip bass, we never wieghed them though,just ate them .it was huge,took like 30 minutes to get him up with the tide going out. good to see you around forums mech!

Don't pay any attention to Cross. His pet peeve is bunny hoppers. Drives him bonkers. I secretly love it when people are bunny hopping, just because Cross starts grumbling and then he'll laugh like a Banshee when he hits them in the nuts when he thought he was lining up a headshot! Get on Vent to see why we like hearing Cross laugh.

they call them rock fish though,right?or different fish ?

all fish smell the same lol....

I've always known them as stippers or stripe bass.I used to catch rock bass there also,( maybe that is what you were thinking) along with blue fish and skate.

Flatliner, to answer your question, I grew up on a navy base there.It was called "Patuxent River Navel Air Station", in Lexington Park. Lexinton Park is located in St. Mary's County.I was there from 1973 to 1992.

I coach soccer down here and went down that way for a tourney. A good buddy of mine went to leonardtown in the 80s, and still lives in hollywood.

Thanks everybody for the warm welcome.As for feeding the animals,I spent ten years of my youth on the Backstretch of Belmont Park,Getting stepped on kicked and bitten by 1200 lbs thoroughbreds,so i dont see that as being a problem. Some of the people were even more dangerous.Drug addicts etc..

I have Vent and headphones,but i always seem to get frustrated setting it up.And say the heck with it.

And Cross....You got...tits...

Hey Snot ,thanks for asking.Its only through chance that i noticed your post.Any way a everytime i try to set up vent they ask questions i dont have answers to.I guess i need some kind of code or # to hook up to mobs server.And then i can move on from thier,and hpofully hook up with you all.Computers are def not my thing they drive nuts.And i am getting tired of typing everything i say in relation to the game.im gonna try to set up tonight and ill get back to you and see what happens.Man i got the head set and everything im die to get on.Let me see what happens and hope for the best. Ok

You should really try playing while having voice; it is quite an experience!

The following is unsolicited and possibly unwanted info about setting up Vent, but, I am so stoked after trying it I wanted to pass it along. Feel free to skip to the end if you're not interested.

Once you install Vent, Enter: your ID: THE Mechanic, server name: {MOB}, <server info, port, & pw> provided by {MOB} Member, you can then go to set-up to choose voice activated or hotkey mode (I'd recommend hotkey unless you're playing in a quiet room) then you click Connect and then click on the server you want to hear and once someone says something you should hear them. As far as I know, and someone more learned may feel free to correct me, but, you must commit to one server and then launch the game. You could check servers before starting CoD to see which one to join. I know it can be a hassle, but, it is worth it.
