Trooper was very fun to play with. He's also very good at the game too. At least he's not on his knees crying his heart out like most others would do. He came here like a mature person. What do ya think?

I was on with Trooper many times on Barb and Smolensk and he was usually well behaved and a good guy. Before we got on Vent, rob and I would often team up with Polska and wreak some havoc on smolensk (especially).

I wish I could remember the deal in the first place. I think that I will go back and search for it.

Hey Silver, DG, what if we find out just how badly he wants back in and how sorry he really is by the size of a donation to the clan to help with the expenses around here. Not an astronomical amount, but enough to know he's serious? We talked about this, what if? Polska?

Ummmm... I am unemployed, and kinda like... still in HS... I am like only 16(lol)... so I really can't give any donations... well I could $20 but that requires a credit card and the works... and I don't got that... Yes i realize this is a bannable offence, however, even California has a 3 strike policy. I just wanted to see what he had to say about the donation thing! He's even willing to do that.(given his situation I don't think it's necessary) I think Polska deserves an opportunity to make amends and to do it right this time. What say we give the kid another chance? He was always a good, regular player that just went a little too far with "stupid stuff". It happens, and now he's sorry. You guys are absolutely right. When I posted earlier I had hoped he had learned his lesson and since he has not been on the server in a long time I figured we could say he has served his time and paid his debt, so to speak. I now realize that you guys have every right to permanently ban Polska. He did act the fool and the damage he did to our clan and the personal injury suffered by you two is unforgiveable. He is, without a doubt, perhaps the biggest offender of our policies and if we had a "most wanted list" he would definitely be public enemy number one!! Too bad Polska, you should have realized your youth and inexperience would get you into situations like this and in certain life happenings there is no going back and apologizing to make it right. Nope, DG and Silver are actually doing you a huge favor in teaching you this lesson, and now maybe you will be more careful and respectful of others before you act out, not only in gaming but in life as well. Silver and DG represent {MOB} meaning they have a responsibility to our clan to ensure troublemakers like you are dealt with in a manner befitting your crime so that gameplay runs smoothly and fairly for all. If they didn't uphold the rules and are too forgiving to people like you our servers would be chaos. In the same light, everyone in {MOB} has that inherent responsibility, it is just in this case Silver and DG were the folks that were directly involved with you and your situation. Sorry Polska, we are a band of brothers here and if nothing else you gotta back your brothers play.

If you break the rules afew times and get kicked,then break them again,so you are banned,then you should stay banned.

Kicking you in the first place (by Silver) ,before being banned was "another chance",for you to redeem yourself,but clearly this did not happen

i'm always going to vote for him to be un-banned unless he does something seriously wrong. in my opinion i think the 10 kick + are an exaggeration until i see proof otherwise i never ONCE saw anyone EVER discipline him or him needed to have discipline.

From what it sounds like, this guy has had several warnings. If someone is warned repeatedly, a ban is needed. At least for some time. Maybe bans should be on a 2 strike basis if they are asking for an unban. First strike of the ban should be minimum of 3 months. Then second strike is perm!

I have and silver and shadow all have given him warnings, don't remember now who else its been a bit. there is no exaggeration there. the were also several MOB and Regs on when I banned him. They even posted about it in the thread. Cuda, Churchhill, Goose, Shadow, & Silver all seen it. How much more you want?

Despite all of this, I still will throw in my vote to unban him. I think certain things were misinterpreted. Like looking "ass" up in the dictionary. I can see how he was trying to imply that he didnt believe it was curse word.

On the contrary, I have not had the type of bad experiences you two have had with him.

I believe if someone requests to come back with such sincerity and obvious maturation (I am 75% sure that's a real word), I believe the whole point of the ban has been served.

However, like sabot said, I trust Silver and DG's judgement as players and as people, and if they don't take this advice I will disagree, but stick by their decision.

I don't think people serve bans, they get bans. But I still say unBan him cause maybe when he was being kicked constantly he was a immature punk kid with a mindset that he has big cajonness. But now he's re-thinked his way and has matured. most people would either go out in a cuss storm, some would beg on their hands and knees, he's come in person to person and has established a good conversatio. This is a unique case that seems to have alot of {MOB} talking about it. I say we settle it with a poll.

Just food for thought. Past performance is often referred to as an indicator for future expectations. I do not know the history or details of this specific matter of discussion. If documented and this person was warned about their actions/behavouirs and kicked due to repeated occurences of the same, and consequently banned, then the questions become what is fair to MOB, fair to this person and consistent with past disciplinary actions for other persons that have conducted themselves in a similar manner? Further what expectations would be placed on this individual? Is a probationary period an option to consider? It is a difficult choice and one that I do not have enough information about to make an informed decision.

It's a tough one.... I don't know what overcame him to be a big idiot to get 50 warnings and numerous kicks AND then he wonders why he can't get unbanned. An admin taking timeout of playing to kick someone 10 times is not a happy camper -> and in all seriousness the culprit guilty of such an annoyance deserves whatever they get --- 50[?] warnings is very lenient, geezus Polska- take a timeout after 2 warnings if you're having a tantrum while playing. In this case I'm inclined to go along with the final say of whoever bans in such a case... but it maybe interesting to see if the ban has taught him wise up and respect others now that he apparently realises his spurt of stupidity cost him the joy of playing with some of his longtime online friends.

I missed all the bad stuff Polska did. I remember him as a good player whose worst offence was whining about his computer. So I admit, I'm not as emotionally involved as some of the people in this threads. But here it goes.

While those who run MOB are right that a ban is a ban, I can't help but think that Polska's apology was sincere, and if Polska lived up to it, wheres the harm in letting him back in? Trust me, your average idiot/tool won't come back begging for fogiveness.

I think you should let him in with a zero tolerence rule based on his promises. Never swear, stay on-topic, minimal whining, no name calling, or "hack" accusations. He clearly violates the rule just once, he's done, and you get to tell the members here "I told you so". But if he behaves, what more could you want but a player who was punished, made a sincere apology, changed his behavior, and played by the rules you laid down?

Anyway, just adding my perspective. You know, that famous saying, "to err is human, to forgive, divine"? Yeah, sure, he probably burned up all the chances he deserved already, but since he actually repented and practically begged to be let back in, why not put him to the test? Or if one more test is needed first, ask he post a simple but sincere apology to Silver and DG for giving them so much grief personally, with the understanding that, if it's sincere, he'll get unbanned under the "zero tolerence" guidelines?

I will admit this though. I'm always more willing to forgive the verbal idiots. If someone is saying dumb things, I just stop reading them. The team-killers...yeah, I personally have no time to be "divine" with them!!

I liked playing COD with Polska, but I stand behind Silver and DG in their decision.

I went back and read the whole thing. I remember seeing Polska warned about language on Barb. But, I also remember something about him saying that it was his brother who did it. Now, that excuse has fallen by the wayside. Lying is something that bothers me alot, it makes me question the sincerity of the post that began this thread.

Sorry Silver, Shadow, and DG espessialy, because I know that you are the one that enforces all the rules, and you been keeping me in check... and I know that being an A-hole that I used to be must have been quite annoying... and I apologize for that...

When I was acting up, I didin't mean any harm, but now I understand how annoying it is to have to stop form the game to tell someone to stop doing whatever they are doing... especialy if you know that they(me) know aready that whay I did was not tolerated...

Quick note: That above is me, Assault trooperPolska, I used my friend's pc cause my crashed(first time in 7 months)... I told him your servers r cool like a month ago and he told me he likes Barbarossa, I prefer Tuhola... he plays as Flying Panda... he hates me for my bad language... which I think many others do too...

My case for this is.

When someone is guilty/evil (Jeep Tk, Tk, Language cheats etc.) When they get banned, they don't come into forums and ask for forgiveness. They knew what they were doing while doing it, and that it was wrong.

Real world senario,

I'm driving to work, and I'm listening to the radio. I'm speeding and don't realize it. I get pulled over. I get a warning. A week later, same thing. I get a warning. Etc. Then I get a ticket (kick). I pay up and learn my lesson. Which I think he might have.

Second, I'm drunk. I'm driving, I'm going a buck-thirty down the freeway hitting cars left and right. I get caught and jailed (ban). I'm not gonna plead my case to the judge.

Might sound dumb, but I think you can apply what I have said and get the picture.

If unbanned I expect you will not do it again, or I'll ban you myself.

thanks for the apology (which is probably how you should have started this thread) but, my question I have for you is why didn't you realize that we cut you a lot of slack with all the warnings and kicks? you should have been banned by at least the third time if you didn't want to follow our Rules.

Final thought. I think Polska needs a quick lesson on what consitiutes a swear word. I think he doesn't quite ge that.

Polska, Jesus (the way u used it), d*mmit, b*tch, and B*st*rd and @$$ are all swear words of one degree or other. Yes, I've used a few in game, a lot of people have, but not incessantly as you must have. So they will be off-limits to you if you are unbanned. You might want to start by not using them in your apologies! Get it? Got it? Good! I hope they let you in, and I hope if they do, you don't embarrass your supporters.

i think that was a Little more like it . the only thing i want to post here is this-we have some great servers here that is minus all the b.s. i see at other servers with the Lang,spamming and tks and imo its quite enjoyable.its a pain n the ass to have to PATROL these servers rather than play. to stop and warn someone about language is a pain -to have to kick someone for any reason 10 times is retarded and this would not be tolerated on stocks .

i say unban but he has to have a trial period.I'm saying even 1 screen shot means ban! in my opinion this is not much different then "cold beer" (whom we saw on our servers the other night) once banned stay banned imo.
