We started with most of our strongest players and hopes were high. Even so, none of MOB had a positive score at the end of the first quarter. In every quarter after that the gap just widen with the final score reaching an almost 2 to 1 ratio.
During the first map, Big P was leading the communications with excellent position reporting. Stalker had a bad mic and could not talk. Overall, we just seemed to fall back to a run and gun approach. It is apparent that the top teams focus on attacks with a constant awareness of teammates and optimum positions for coverage of choke points. Their granades were constantly thrown at the spawning points and were very effective with multiple kills.
We've got a lot to learn if we ever hope to beat the top teams. It might be good to just defend for several matches to see if we can develop better coordination. It is still nice to be in the top 10 of a ladder with 80 teams. Maybe we can maintain that for a while.
