How do I resize without losing the detail? and How do I get it to the right size? This is new to me and I am having trouble, so if I made it too big I am apologizing in advance..GIJOE

How do you add a song to the picture, when you put the mouse pointer on it? that's way cool

Here I re-sized it a little .I try to keep the width no more then 400 pixels since I do a lot of out of frame work my Heights can vary even if you don't see the pixels they are there.
