well i had a virus that came on to my computer through a web thing my friend did and guess what WINDOWS WOULDN"T BOOT THE F**** UP!, and when i look for my recovery cd there isn't one so i read in the maunal and guess what the F******* at sony use a partitioned hardrive which of course can't be boot unless windows is up, hence the F*** SONY, and my god if i ever call tech support i better goddamn well get a person who speaks fluent english, but i probably won't ever call them because they are F*******useless.

We just went through that same thing with our IBM....although we didn't have a virus. Real pain isn't it:(

I'll just throw this out there as far as viruses go - GET A MAC. Have never had a single virus, of course they cost 3 times as much as a PC and the games are limited. Plus the commercials are really funny.

I disagree i had a MAC and it wouldn't work right at all. so i say dont get a MAC but thats ur choice. as for viruses, im sure there are websites u could look in to find out how to send or make a virus. If i find something ill PM u the info.

You'll give the virus to yourself before you ever figure out how to send it.
