I have tried to use cod2, but cant join mob, or any servers. I have noticed that pb is set to no and when I change it, the program closes. Any suggestions as to what wrong, are there any patches needed?

Dirty Harry had the exact same problem. He solved it by installing the updated drivers for his video card.

I updated the driver, but no luck. I use to play on cod2 battle for Uroupe maybe the downloads changed something. I will try to remove then install.

There is a punk buster patch for COD2 http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=support-cod2.php

as well as a patch for COD2 http://callofduty.filefront.com/file/Call_...y_2_Patch;64010.

You might want to make sure they are both updatede.

When mine was not updated I had a problem.

for the pb prob. i just reinstalled and made sure i had the latest update for pb after i reinstalled, and then it worked fine.
