German player King Itchy drove a halftrack RIGHT into the shed where the Germans spawn. He jumped out and TK'd a guy RIGHT NEXT to me. It was CLEARLY intentional. No other reason for him to drive the halftrack RIGHT INTO the shed. The guy who spawned was NOT moving and didn't get into the way or anything of the sort.

I asked that he be kicked, but apparently he said he was "sorry" and no action was taken. That's BS. "Sorry" doesn't cut it. I don't care if it's Samoan Serial Killer or Jesus Christ. That was intentional and should have been dealt with. Other players would have been kicked for sure.

King itchy immediately told Goose and I what happened. He was driving the half track and then went to jump in a tank that had spawned. Both Goose and I have played with him before and he has not at any time intentionally TK anyone. He said sorry and both myself and Goose warned him that he would be kicked or banned if it happened again. (We did not see what happened as we were both on the opposite team)



Kicking and banning is used for intentional disruption. And if King itchy had a history of it in the past or we felt that it was intentional then he would have been kicked. I was team killed twice yesterday from someone jumping out of a jeep that ran me over. And by the way these were not people associated with MOB. Not one of them was kicked or banned because at times it happens.



Majorhavoc, both Goose and I have played UO with you on almost a daily basis, we very much enjoy having you as a teammate or opponent. You have fantastic skills and are a great team player. I respect that you felt that he should be kicked, but unfortunately there are certain rules that we must abide by using our kicking and banning power or it will be removed. We are the one's that have to justify our decisions to PB and MOB. Sometimes people's perspectives are different. King Itchy maybe saw the tank spawing and thought "I want that one and jumped out to get it" without giving any thought that his half track would keep going. When he realized what happened he said Sorry.



BTW you have every right to voice your opinion here, I am glad you did...that's what this forum is about. I hope that this answers some of your questions and there are no hard feelings. I was upset yesterday when it happened to me twice. C Yea on the Battlefield:)

Just to add mine to the collection. Havoc and I are from MoH clan that allows no swearing or anything of the sort on the server. There are times that I get frustrated and cuss but to type it out and hit Enter is just childish. I realize these screens are from when he was still MoB but they are good reason why he shouldnt be around at all.

Also he would've had to turn the half track towards the shed in order to TK people inside. He's been around awhile .. its not like hes a newbie. If you jump out of a speeding vehicle aimed at a spawn point you know what can happen.

one TK is a mistake and can be forgiven by saying sorry. If he was ripping around making problems, I could understand a ban. I like ssk, but he is a bit abrasive sometimes and that was the concern when he was de-tagged, I never saw him as a chronic tk person....

I can't testify to exactly what happened, but I think it went like this.



samoan was laughing on vent, and said he tk'ed a guy by mistake, kinda laughing in that "aww shucks" manner. Then you started typing up that he TKed someone. So, if I have my order of events right, Samoan admitted to us even before anyone else said anything that he TKed someone by mistake.



He probably should have typed up in-game an explanation/apology, but anyway, that's what happened. He'd have to explain why he was pointing at spawn house. I can think of an explanation, but I'm not going to fill the blanks.



Anyway, Samoan has already been kicked from regs and was given final warning about swearing, so that's the long past.



So, while we think it was accidental, your opinion won't go unnoticed. If this starts a trend he'll get kicked, we don't tolerate TKers, no one lasts long on our server as a known TKer. But I've Tked by mistake too. Several times actually.

Have never known Samoan to be a Team Killa. Said he was sorry. Did he do it again, and again? Didn't think so. Get over it and play on. BTW, sorry 6pak for the TK the other day at R2! LOL.

Majorhavock since you started this thread, I will address these issues to you. I have checked all the stats and find that your screen shots must have been taken over six months ago. King Itchy is no longer in Regs and has not been for some time. We do not tolerate intentional TK'ing nor bad language and you will find that he does not post here as he does not have access to this forum.



Samoan has used inappropriate language in the past, but has changed. In the past he was never known to be the type of player who TK'ed his teammates. Also for the record King Itchy did not play here since August 26, 2006 and just came back Dec. 2, 2006 (that's 4 months). Giving the benefit of the doubt, like we do to most people...he was warned by both Goose and I.



I for one do not tolerate intentional team killing by anyone...and I hope for all our sake that we can move forward from this. I always enjoy gaming with you...and I am sure you always enjoy killing me!!!! (Lots)



This was not a personal decision against you, as myself and all of the other MOB players respect you and your honesty in this matter. But at the end of the day, we must also justify our decisions to a higher hand. I felt that your opinion was credible, but I also weigh in the fact that he immediately told us what happened and showed no signs what so ever as it being intentional.



I think you realize that we are all quite fair as you have played with us for a long time. I hope you continue to game with us....and you are always welcome on our servers.

Let it be clear. We will not accept bad language neither bad behaviour on our server. We have and will still kick people because of that cause.

As for Itchy swearing, I don't see any from that round. All the swearing screenie's are what lead up to him being removed from regs. So he clearly needs no more warnings about that. However, if he were to swear on our servers again...

I have not seen King Itchy swear on our server's since being removed from the Regs. This issue was dealt with by MOB. Let it rest and stick to the issue at hand. The decision was that all MOB and Regs playing at the time did not feel that the 1 TK was intentional. That's it....we made our decision on the facts that we had on hand and what was in the best interest of fairness.

I enjoy gaming with Havock and I think the rest of us regulars do. But at the end of the day, we justified our decision....and if all will take the time to re-read each post: every MOB and Reg that was involved with that issue agreed with the fact that none felt it was intentional.

So you want "us" to believe that King Itchy is an F-bombing tk’er for which ban is the only suitable punishment... except its one tk and he hasn't F-bombed in at least 6 months. I don't know King Itchy, and I don't know Major Havoc.

However, "slander" comes to mind except for the fact that I don't think I would like someone that hasn't thrown the f-bomb at least once in the last 6 months. And, I'm pretty sure I have been TK'ed by respected MOB members (more than one on this post in fact ) in the last 6 months, so I'm starting to think this is more of a complimentary posting to King Itchy than slander!

Well, I guess its not... another post that looks and smells like the BS of posting screenies of a 6 months old f-bomb brings troll category to mind! If you have a personal issue, I say sort it out elsewhere. The banning opportunity here is the people that slander others... just my 1 penny worth.

me & itchy were tight, and i'm going to 100% agree with sabot's post. itchy had a mouth, yes. but if he was angry about something he would never ever purposely TK someone...the worse i've seen him do is constantly leave the game if they were about to lose. in fact, i'm surpised you guys found that many SS's of him around 6 months ago talking globally i hardly ever saw him type a single thing in global chat.

I played barb a ton with Samoan. He was always German and I was always Russian. We always got into battles together. I never knew him to TK, but he would always get pissed at me killing him and say I was cheating and cuss me out BIG TIME. I hope if he continues to play here he can keep his cool. I have nothing wrong with this guy accept for the mouthyness he had before.

My problem with his TK is that he was still on the server to begin with. SSK shouldve been banned a long time ago. I figured he had been. If I were to talk to you the way he talked to his team and people who killed him I would be banned. Whether it was 6 months (my last screenie was 5) or yesterday you wouldnt have hesitated to ban me.

The screen shots you saw (and I couldnt post all of mine because of space) where only the few times I actually snapped one. Those things that you read being said .. they were being said to me on more than one occasion. So maybe it is a little personal.

I should be banned for "slandering" a jerk that abused his teammates and other players of the game? I guess Ill go "elsewhere" to sort it out.

I was curt and I appreciate more about your situation with your last post... If the information you present are screen shots from 5 or 6 months ago and a single TK incident that he apologized for, it seems like a stretch, you have to agree...

Under the same circumstances regarding you or anyone, I would question the motives because it just doesn't fit. If it is a personal issue, I don't know what to say.

I do absolutely agree with you, that this is not appropriate behavior. If this is a new situation and you are currently being harrassed and tk'ed, you deserve the same respect we all enjoy on these servers!

In my mind I can see it as possible that he might have bailed out of the halftrack TKing someone and didn't realize what he had done until it was to late .. I can almost buy that even though he has played there more than me and should know what could happen if you bail out of a vehicle aimed at a spawn point (inside the shed). My argument is he shouldve never been there in the first place. From what I can tell he got released from the Regs because of his mouth.

People cuss on the server. Members and Non Members do it all the time. Theres a difference between "Well shit .. you beat us Ruskies" and "F***ING GERMANS U F***ERS SUCK D***"

Its not my server. I dont make the rules .. yall do. But I have lived by them.
