Great job defending our number one position! We saw a lot of outstanding teamwork tonight and we were able to employ both a balanced defense and attack.

Outstanding. How does this 13+ week at #1 compare to the Mohaa days? I know that MOB was famous for their Mohaa play and it might be interesting for the newer guys to hear a little of that history from the really old guys.

No doubt this current streak is most impressive.

I've been looking at the MOB #1 Match History on OGl 6v6 for MOHAA. I hope i'm not misinterpreting these results, but...

MOB won the first 9 matches on the ladder (starting at rung 36, June 2003), then running a streak of being from rungs 1-4 from October 2003-May 2004


It looks like we held #1 for about 6 weeks in Jan-Feb of 2005. We were in the top 4 in the ladder once again (with rsha, TLD, DMG, RE mainly) from September 2004 to June of 2005 (just before we left the ladder).


During these streaks there were ~20-30 teams on the ladder I believe... not totally sure.


I personally became involved with MOB in around the start of 2005 and don't want to seem like I'm taking credit for this. RD, Druid, BG, P, Stock, Shifty, KT (sorry if I forgot someone)... just the guys that are still around.. were the ones there for much longer than me.
