Played it and is realy nice!!!!!!

I played the MP Beta and wasn't really impressed. However, I never got into it because it is the typical EA we have 10 mins of intros and then all the load out crap and a training this and blah blah blah. Reminded me of BF2 in a way. The SP looks great. I just wasn't thrilled with the MP. I had high hopes that it might be another option if COD4 didn't work but I'm not sure I can get into it. I'll give it one more shot I guess before I rule it out though... You can still register for a MP Beta key at fileplanet if you are a member... Maybe someone else can get into it and get me hooked.

Nice graphics but ,after 20 min i got bored its kind of the same stuff all over and over again maybe the multiplayer game type its difrent but i think cod4 is the one.

I was at the store a few days ago and started watching it being played.
I loved the graphics part & the realism of the troops and weapons.
THEN, I saw the first monster !! I just shrugged and walked away
thinking "what a waste". I HATE Monsters, magic, and horror in games.

Yep, Crysis just ain't happenin' for me. COD4 is the way to go!!

It looked ok. The test said it wouldn't run on my laptop but, yes it did. I did start to wonder if the cartoons would ever end and and let me play the game. I hate it when play stops and you have to watch a cartoon giving the story line.
It might be something to do when nobodys on the servers.

After much digging for info about this game and playing the demo,
I have concluded that it is way ahead of COD4 in the type of game
play that I like. I have also been informed over at the EA forums
that there will be no aliens (I called them monsters in an early post
her) in the MP version. Just Commandos vs. North Koreans !!
The Cry2engine is the next generation in gaming engines, not the
old engines the Infinity Ward is using over & over...

INCREDIBLE !!! I just received the Dec. 2007 #169 issue of
P.C. Gamer. It has a 7 page article on what this game truly
has in the way of everything. Up to now I had only scratched the
surface on what it has waiting for us. UNBELIEVEABLE !! This will
be truly the game of the year with a rating of 98% (highest I have
ever seen) AND the amazing Sandbox 2 Editor which will mod everything from maps to how you can play. Hello Crysis, Goodbye

For those of you that have DLed the demo and played it over & over

(till sick of it) but can't quite afford the full game, I have good news.

The modders & mapmakers have created about 6+ different demo maps

that you can play too. Some are the same island map as stock but with

more AI bots to contend with. Other have altered the map somewhat for

a different experience. All in all, you can play these different maps & settings

for completely new experiences without having to spend the $$$ for the full game...
