So glad that they are using the same actors as the last movie .

This should be good ,as the Keaton ,Vilmar movies were way to rubbish

I dont see it as so much rubbish as I do a different vein. the Kilmer/Keaton/Clooney movies were more about the earlier comic book Batman, this though, this is the good stuff, the Frank Miller creations. So while i'd definately say these two are infinately better, they are different types of Batman, so you cant really consider them on an equal playing field.

I used to be into Batman a ton as a kid. I still have many, many comics. A whole dresser filled to be exact, lol. While the earlier Batman movies were made with a style that most dont really care for, it was meant for kids mainly. That is really how most of the batman comics were. Only the Dark Knight series, which is basically how Batman actually became Batman, is where these Batman Begins movies come into play. I really like how these films were made. More realistic, and less kiddy.

While I see that there are many of you that do like the Batman Begins new series. What do you all think of the twist they will have for the upcoming Batman vs. Superman movies?

If you have seen the movie I am Legend, you may have noticed a billboard up in New York City. While the city is basically dead in 2009, thats when this billboard was supposedly placed. So Im guessing they are looking for a 2009 or 2010 release date for it. Here is a pic of the billboard in case you have not seen the movie, and if you do see it soon, keep your eye open for it. Its in the begining of the movie after the Lion scene:

WHOOOOOOAH!!!!! I wasnt saying that you compared them, I was merely saying while the first ones were cheezy like the TV show on purpose, the new ones are all gritty Frank Miller stuff, so they cant actually be compared. i wasnt accusing you of anything!

WOW, I cant believe Heath Ledger died yesterday. Such a horrible loss. He was a great actor and from what I have read and seen, a really nice guy.

VERY SAD! i was never into any of the movies he chose ,but was good in what he did .sad that batman wouldve been his first lead role in a blockbuster and most likely a sequel. the scenes i have watched from this movie just blow me away,he was the best joker ever imo.
