We have a standing army of almost 700,000. Not including the most devasting Naval Force on the planet. The most devastating Air Force , Marines and Coast Guard.

We are also bucked by thousands of nuclear warheads and anti-missile systems.

If you get by all that, you are faced with 400 million people, most of which are armed. Some quite heavily.

Just reminds me of ww2 ,that's all.We put up with n Koreas shit because not to stir relations with China.In ww2 it was the Germans, Russians and Japan .Now China ,N Korea ,Venezuela (most underestimate VEN but they are getting allies and are in a key position SA) amongst others. I wish for once we get balls and bomb the F out of N Korea and every time they released another statement or threat we do it again,no running across the border this time.

16 million U.S troops were deployed in WW2.

Our population has doubled since then.

All it takes is one Nuke to get shot off and the populations of the world will be a lot less.

China isn't going to go to war with us. Who would buy all their tainted crap?

Also, our Army and Marines are stretched to the limit. If their was any more readily available it would have gone to Iraq as part of the surge. Our Navy is bigger than the rest of the worlds Navy, though. Now, if we can just figure out how to conquer another country using aircraft carriers, lol.

Why i don't get why do you have to use nuke and kill. It seems that this is all what you are thinking all the times killing and war ...nothing else.

I think the world would a better place if everyone would stop hate each other and everyone mind his own business in his own country.

I don't want anyone killed ,seems like N Korea has been firing off long range missiles ,even though warned by the UN and US .im sure if we hooked Taiwan up with some balistic missles and they were so called ,TESTING them, China and N korea would be doing exactly what Japan is doing. Theres two countries in the whole world i fear having nukes the most,Iran and N Korea ,because i know they will use them.

Sorry Undead i did not meant you i meant most of the Americans.Yea they may be warned by the UN and US but still don't see the problem.The war in Iraq was illegal and America was warned by UN but still has gone to war. I am against violence and war so i am no one side but the rules should be equals in both parties
So don't see why America,England etc. can have Nuclear Weapons and some of them not and who give the right to USA to stick their nose in everyone,s business, i don't see any other country questioning USA or England for nukes?And we wonder why the planet is in this mess.

i do see your point,US foreign policy isn't much different in some ways but i do believe the Nukes are a lot safer here than in Iran . every time i see a headline or story about N Korea it reminds me of the little bully and big bully from the movie Christmas story.
