Check out this thread on the OGL Real TDM forum.
Continued TruthI hope you all get to read this before it is either deleted or closed. And yes, that is the common practice on that forum.
Just in case it does get removed:
I've been a member of Mohaa OgayL since the Demo Dayz-ed and Confused.
I've been observing mostly. Watching. Noting aberrant patterns and trends in the forums. Trends in the community and the OGL org itself.
I've lavished enough praise on OGL to, I think, deserve a little uncensored posting and constuctive criticism. Here it is.
I've noticed that increasingly, now to the point of bizarre ridiculousness that ANY post or thread that isn't filled with tongue slathering OGL butt smooching gets immediately and ruthlessly censored, labeled as argumentative, and that is the basis for closing a thread. Always, of course, with the OGL Admin getting in the last digs and words.
Could you imagine shutting down both houses of Congress because some tin horn with the gavel "privlege" decided to censor the whole body anytime, for anything that didn't sound labotomized and with peace to all mankind as its text?
Last time I recall censorship being used was for saying fink, and sheet, and cun-ning. Words on a small list deemed as obscene.
NOT BECAUSE it challenged the establishment. Not because it challenged in argumentative color commentary. Not for a few colorfully sharp pokes in the ribs. This is a mohaa forum. Not a girl scout brownie group.
Some OGL admins need to stop behaving like Girl Scout Den Mothers.
I've said it before and now again. RELENTLESS is the best OGL has. He rules with a legalistic mind that is a mix of NFL referee and Supreme court justice. He closes a thread in vary rare cases. He doesn't close threads and censor subsequent follow-ups as a means for improving or repairing his self esteem. Everyone should use that fine gentleman as a role model on OGL admin'ing.
I referenced with OgayL in the beginning to see if it "could be handled" or if it was used as a flimsy basis to impose censorship and thread closings. We'll see.

Well, as the way this forum has gone. Your ideas and the many like you who share the same view are all wrong. It seems alot of us have the same incorrect view of the OGL admins in this forum. If things were opened for discussion, perhaps a common ground could be found and both parties could work towards a common goal. As you can read, it is the exact and repulsive opposite. We should be spending our time erradicating cheating on the ladder and improving the overall gameplay, not this petty bickering
