Having a problem with vent do to a cheap bait and switch tactic.
If you haven't upgraded to the new client

If you have update. We will provide you will a download link to the older copy as soon as possible

They always said private server were fine. They didn't care what you did as long as you were not charging a fee. If you did charge a fee, you had to give them a share ( $.10/client per month )
Now with the new version they will only allow 8 clients on a private server. Plus they don't allow anyone to buy a license to get past the 8 client limit. They make you rent their service even it you're able to host your own.

I wish I would of read up on this before updating but I was in a hurry do to Cobra and Opp needing it for a match.

I found an old version on a german site 2.1.3 if this is it here is the link in german but easy to understand if not then delete this thread.Has the server version to.

what is the vent... I hear in the servers all the time people talk about it but I never catch on to exactly what it is
