The server I have on order from ILAN will be up later today or tomorrow.
It will be plain to start, until I have time to cutomize it for us.
Since this server is smaller to start with, I'm going to have 2 or 3 reserved slots for MOB. The password for the MOB slots will be posted tomorrow in the private forum.

Great.... and after having a night to think about this whole thing I have a suggestion. Druid seems to know what he is doing so I would like to see him become a server admin for the clan. I think we should paypal money in to an account on a quarterly basis and he can pool it all together to get the second server. I have already set up a paypal account and am willing to send $100.00 every three months. If we can get 10 people to give $25.00 every three months that will give Druid $115.00 a month plus whatever he puts in to get a server for MOB. I suggest we pay on a quarter rotation instead of monthly so it will be easier for Druid to manage the money. For this kind of coin he should be able to maintain a 20 player box and we will call it MOB 1. If the current hosting company does not work for Druid he can take the money and find a server somewhere else (we would get a 10% discount on a second server at Art of War as an option).

In addition, I will keep the current server (MOB 2) and keep it 20 players for now to see how the traffic goes. I will load mostly new maps on mine, same mod and autokick and I will take care of maintaining and paying for that one. If I keep it at 20 people and new maps I will slice off 6 private slots for MOB.

If that is agreeable to all we need for peeps to step up and commit to the 25 bucks. If you set up an account and put the money in we can start right away. Comments......

If everyone agrees with Fag Killa. Then to me it's a done deal with a few changes.
If 10 peolpe step up to help pay ( this includeds Fag ), the cost will be $20/every 3 months. I don't see why Fag should have to cover more that other peolpe. This will be the MOB server for all of us. Fag if you want to pay more, feel free.
And if some can only pay $15/3 months, or $5/month. I don't see a problem.
It would be a lot easier to go quaterly though.
I'm the newest member here, so if everyone would rather someone else hold the money. I would completely understand. They would have to send me the money for each month during the last week of the month.

i cannot afford a lot but i could be able to pay 15 each three month in us money. its more for me damn canada hehe dol can 65% of the us money so its something around 25 $ canadians. i dont have an credic card but my mom own one so i can arrange something.

i'm cool with that but i need to reopen a checking account and get a mac card with the visa logo so i can use pay pal for that. I'll send 20 a month, {ill send 30 asap and the other 30 when i can }and that'll cover 3 months then i'll send 60 quarterly. is that cool? also i dont think fag should have to pay druid cause he's paying for the other server and real deal shouldnt't pay cause he's doing the site. Thanks to all for stepping up but as a point of clarification we are not looking for $20.00 a month but $20.00 every three months. The company that Druid is using will sell him a 20 person server for $90.00 a month total. I believe what Druid was shooting for was 10 people to give $20.00 every three months. That brings the total to $200.00 divided by 3 is $67.00 per month. I would assume he would put in the the other $23.00 per month to bring it to $90.00 total. The actual contribution from each of you is only $6.67 per month if you do the math.
The reason I suggested $20.00 a quarter is it makes it easier on Druid. If he has 3 months worth of money in advance he can make sure he is prepared to pay for it when the time comes and all of you don't have to remember every month to put your money in. Druid can send a reminder out on the middle of the last month to get ready for the next quarter to be sure.

At 6.67 a month this is certainly affordable and gives us 2 kick ass servers so I hope you all jump in here. If we go over the 10 people than Druid can afford an even bigger server, or possibley a thirrd real small private server for matches only... anyway lets not get off on a rabbit trail. Thanks to all.

BTW.... we hit 200 downloads on our map pack last night which was the majic number for me to start using it again so with that and Druids server up I am going to start loading the new ones today.
