Anybody know how to replace the fan on a Chaintech GeForce 5600 Ultra? It's not on my gaming machine so the replacement won't be put through hell. The machine essentially works as a SQL/mySQL/PHP/CFM/IIS server so I am not even sure the card needs a fan at all but I don't want to disconnect it and then the card stops working.
Thanks for your suggestions.

Cy, that fan is keeping the IC's on the board cool, they should have a replacement fan for it. or you could possibly have to get just a generic card until you can get a fan replacement.

Why don't you send it back to Chaintech. I know someone recently that sent back a 5900 to evga and they replaced it with a 5950 for free. Anyways, if it is not your primary card, it is worth a shot.

I'm gonna need to do that. I ordered the replacement fan kit that P talked about but the fan on the card is proprietary.
