Sorry to get off topic....(too late by the looks of these past threades)....but what is "smurphing"?

Would somebody mind explaining the score to me? It said Allies had 169 kills, but I added them up and it came to 302 kills. Now I must assume that when you switch sides, the kills you registered under one team stay on that team. (Like if I scored 80 kills for Axis and then switched to Allies, the Axis would get those 80 kills under their Total Kills?) Am I making any sense?
