I was using vent for the past couple of weeks and then today when I got on and no one could hear me It was all scartchy and shit. I thought it was the mic so I went out and bought a new one, still doesn't work. I've uninstalling, reinstalling downloaded a new one, restarted my computer and still no change. Can anyone help me?

i would check your sound card drivers. maybe they got corrupted.

It seems to be fixed now that I checked the "use directsound for input" box

I checked that box and it is still all static.
