I'm new to this fourm and i want to know how to upload a costom avatar from "my pictures"?

Ok, click on the MY CONTROLS button on the top of the page. From there, click on EDIT AVATAR SETTINGS and the rest should be self explanitory. Let me know if you need additional help.
