Ok I need to know programs as to I have had my psp9 expire on me. So any help would be appreciated
Try The GIMP. It's a free, open source imaging program. It may take some getting used to, but there are tutorials all over the web for it. There are some on the website too if I remember right.

I've got it installed on mine but I just don't take the time needed to learn anything.
