OK, so, before there was gangsta rap the Clash was telling it like it is (was). Here is a song sung by the bassist, Paul Simmonen. I believe it's the only song he ever sang. It was released in 1978. Give it a listen.Guns of Brixton

the descendants I do not remember. PUNK did not exist in south louisiana during the early 80's. Reminds me of the Ramones.
