it stops at the part where it finding out how much time it well take to download.

Are you trying on server ip 8.9.4.82? If so, the map downloading should work fine now. Try it again.

As far as the Barbarossa server, ip: 8.9.4.80, what is the exact error message you're getting?

i got one of the map on that serever to download. i think it is the ardennes 1944 map. but if you can fix this were i don't even get that error message i'd like that.

Try deleting the barbarossa.pk3 from your uo directory and re-connect to the server and re-download the map. That should do it.
