Just posting this to tell you guys that on Wednesday of last week i had to be brought to the hospital where i stayed until friday. i had to be brought to the hospital because i passed out from heat exhaustion. me and my friends were playing football in his yard and the last thing i remember was catching my breath and i guess i collapsed. the doctors told me i was seriously dehydrated and had a body temp of 102.0, so they kept me on an IV for a few days. im at home now but im extremely tired, so im gonna go lay down.

Next time its hot out & you want to play football, stay inside and turn on a playstation or something to play football. EA makes some pretty cool sports game's that wont have you passing out from heat exhaustion.

I dont know how hot it got by you, but yesterday it was 105 here in Chicago. You better make sure to stay indoors when it gets this hot man.

Living in Texas, I understand how the heat can bring you down if you're not careful. I exercise in the heat everyday during summer vacation, but I take it slow at first. The hottest place I've ever been is hiking through the Palo Duro Canyon. It can become quite challenging.

I passed out once dove hunting when I was a kid: no permanent problems (I don't think).

On another note, try staying hydrated down here in East Texas when it's 100* and the humidity is so thick you can see it in the air. I start sweating as soon as I walk outside.
