I had almost considered requesting to join your group until tonight, but after that response.. there is no reason to join. The reputation you guys seemed to work so hard to build, has taken a serious hit, and as a certain new song puts it... "It aint pretty".

I came back to see if anyone had comented.. and I found the SHANE thread... sigh.. I believe it was these two on the .76 server tonight that really really irritated a lot of poeple.. still doesnt excuse Desert demon, when all i asked of him, was if he could contact and admin...

I really did enjoy playing here..until now, and to clarify it wasnt the shane/sister/brother sex chat..
though it was vulgar, it was the way desert demon represented your clan to a visitor.

I deal with organizations and assist in leadership responsibilities with a couple of guilds for many years..
everquest. world of warcraft, DAOC, etc.. memberships in the hundereds..as a guild leader, I expect ALL of my members to behave in a mature manner, ANYTIME the guild tag is over there virtual head(s).

Your organization WILL NOT GROW if you have irresponsible members SCREWING UP your reputation by being an idiot/loudmouth/disrepectful/immautre SOB! and that is a STATISTICAL FACT!

Sorry Tribe for the late replie but seening that you saw the shane post and question about our Clan not being mature or allowing them to speak freely. Ask for Demon i think he just had a bad day and took it out on you again IM sorry for that. But Don't going deciding with the Shane Post because you don't know the whole story behide it. I seen you play and you're good and I myself have tried to get you on our voice program but seeing you post this make me wonder.

Sorry about the way some of our members acted in the sever but like P said everyone has thier bad days. It would be great if you could get vent. goin and start playing with us, I'm sure you will enjoy it.

Thanks for keeping an eye out. Next time take some screen shots so we can see who is involved. I'll talk to Demon about this, but like the others said, everyone has an off nite. But realistically there wasn't much he or McGuinty could do about it. About all they could do was get out of the server and post here hoping someone would see it and help.
And of course, if you play there regularly you should know that we run a tight ship and don't let people get out of line. So if you feel like this one isolated incident represents us, then I'm sorry, but it clearly doesn't.

I don't really remember this specific incident clearly, altho I recall some kind of numbskull chat nonsense going on a few nights back. As for ignoring a visitor I wouldn't do that, its not in my character. Maybe I was afk at the time you queried me about it. As to the inuendo that we, as MOB don't give a F**ck is not true and I'm sorry you had a bad time or were offended. The reason I joined MOB is exactly the opposite of how you are painting us in this light. As in real life, we have very little control over idiots, and it takes 'an act of congress' to kick someone. If this is the incident I'm thinking about, I remember it as being juvenille but not out of character for a moron[s] who comes on the server.

I remember, months ago and not a member, I too was offended by what was going on in one of our servers. It was racist x 10.
I told the jerkoff what I thought of him, I was pissed and I disconnected.

I came back on, the next day or so and the problem had vanished. Go figure.
